In order to activate the limited lifetime warranty, the enclosed product registration card must be complete and returned to TUSA Malaysia within 30 days of purchase from an authorized TUSA dealer or visit www.tusamalaysia.com to complete registration online.

To qualify for the TUSA CARE Free Service Kit for Life Program and maintain the Limited Lifetime Warranty you are required to have your regulator serviced within every 12 months, regardless of the number of dives, to ensure optimum performance and reliability. Failure to maintain the required service interval will void the Free Service Kit Program.
